·        Order Fulfillment Policy:  

      An order is considered complete once the goods or reports have been given to client. For charcoal products, customers need to pay for deposits for starting order. Deposit can come in tranches and total payments need to pay before goods delivery. For market research, Raw material testing report and consulting service, customers need to pay for research and consulting fee before the job starts. Customers can pay in tranches for deliverable jobs by progress. For testing service, we offer test reports for variety of raw material to produce Bio-Fuel. Customer needs to pay for testing report and we will send the report via e-mail.

·       List of Deliverables:  

     Customers will see the list of deliverables for charcoal products from the product page in the website www.bbthaiinter.com. For marketing research and consulting fee, we will send proposal to customers to agree on scope of work and payment term. For testing report, customers can receive test report by raw materials they order.

·        Return Policy:  

      For charcoal product, customers need to be clear on specification of product they order. Customers cannot return products without any proven of under-spec evidence. Within 7 days after the products arrived the destination, customers need to check the product quality and inform us if they find any suspect of under-spec evidence. If there is any under-spec evidence and both sides agree on it, we can come to term of discount for goods. For Market research, consulting and testing report services, customers cannot return the reports in any cases

·        Refund Policy:  

      All payments made to us are nonrefundable. For Charcoal products, after we get your payment or deposit, we will work on package and order materials. We have cost occur regarding your order.  For Market research, consulting and testing report service, we work on survey on field and prepare the reports. We also have cost to work on it.

·        Delivery Policy: 

     Our typical turnaround time for orders is depended on products or service we offered. For charcoal products, normally we will deliver 7-30 days after getting payments. It is also based on our stock and shipment availability for exporting (if any). Customer will be in-charged for transportation cost. For research and consulting service, we will deliver reports of each task 7-15 days after getting payment by tranche. For testing report, we will deliver reports 7-15 days after getting payment.

·        Cancellation Policy:  

     For charcoal products, customer shall pay all the payment for their orders within 30 days after confirmed order. For research, consulting and testing report service, customers shall pay all the payment within 90 days after confirmed proposal. If customers are unwilling or unable to pay for agreed the payment or the balance to complete an order in the agreed period above, we reserve the right to cancel and not refund the payment which is made before the cancellation,
